Sales Representative:
iTravelGhana is hiring group salespersons in North America, Europe and Australia.
The Sales Representative will work with prospective clients looking to book tours for groups of 4 people or more.
iTravelGhana’s customer base is primarily, but not limited to students and individuals interested in Africa. We deal with those interested in business Travel as well. The groups that travel with us originate primarily from North America and Britain.
We look to hire salespeople with extensive experience in the hospitality business or who have worked in the sales field with heavy customer interactions. Additional skills required include computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook), PC keyboard proficiency and accuracy, attention to detail, excellent grammar and ability to multitask. Outbound Sales Consultants calls maintain ongoing contact with their Accounts while developing new Accounts. The Outbound Sales Consultant must be able to easily establish rapport with a wide variety of clientele, be flexible, quick to learn and articulate.
All client communication is done by telephone or email primarily. Sales leads will be provided for you by the employer. Nevertheless you are expected to generate new leads, and cultivate existing leads. There is no traveling involved in this job. The hours are very flexible.
